Specifically designed around Command and Control Center needs, RMSVW is our applied
understanding of the importance of uptime and operator interaction and it’s impact on Operational success:
Ergonomics – the applied science of ensuring those monitoring and interacting with the information on the wall will do so in comfort without distraction so that Mission Critical alerts or events are not missed. Everything we build for Control Room environments is custom designed around your specific needs: Whether a permanent Network Operations Control Center or a Field Deployable C3I Battlefield Mobile Control Center, we work with you every step of the way to ensure satisfaction beyond your expectations.
Aesthetics – Often overlooked, the appearance of your Control Center is becoming more and more important today as many operations use their Control Room as a Showcase of their capability to their prospects and customers. We do far more than simply match your décor, we make sure your solution matches the image you want to project!
Ease of Maintenance – Frequently, our solutions are installed in Mission Critical environments that must operate on a 24/7 basis. Where there can be no allowance or tolerance of unavailability. To meet this critical demand, RMSVW is built with Serviceability in mind. This means the projectors can be easily accessed for service, and quickly replaced if necessary. An optional Hoist System allows a single service technician to change projectors.
General:
- Custom configurations allow for single screen displays to create any multi-screen matrix (e.g.: 3-High x 4-Wide) array that your needs require
- Thin-Line framing minimizes the seam space between screens to less than 2mm for Command Walls and as slim as 0.2mm for Projection Cube type fabrications, depending on Screen technology/size
- Optional Vibration Isolation mounts to minimize uncontrollable movement such as floor vibration in heavy traffic areas
- Individual Screen sizes of 40” to 200” (diagonal)
- Optical Quality, >94% reflectivity “first-surface” mirrors
- Optimized light path trajectory delivers maximum brightness to the viewer/operator
Construction:
- Self supporting structure based on a “common frame design”
- “Open Architecture” or Paneling with support framework available
- Thin-Line screen frame minimizes image gaps between screens
- EZ-Level feet for precise screen alignment in multi-array applications
- “Fixbloc & T-bolt” assembling joinery without welded
components for ease of installation
- No special tools required to assemble
Ventilation:
- Black (or customer specified colored) mesh covered exhaust ports
- Optional exhaust fans available to accommodate the heat generated by today’s high brightness projectors
- Designed to allow maximum air circulation
Projector & Cable Access:
- Optional cable management system available
- Removable access panels for projector installation/service on enclosed models
- Projector mounts with precision alignment features
- Optional Heavy-Duty projector slide mount fully exposes projector clear of structure for easy maintenance, service or replacement available
